Honestly, we’d much rather hear about you than talk about ourselves. But until we can meet face-to-face, here’s a little bit about our history, and some background on our leadership.

A (very short) history
Path Forward was founded in 2002 with a simple mission: to be an honest, unbiased and knowledgable IT resource to our clients. Based on this mission, we’ve grown from one employee (who’s still serving clients with us today) and one client (who is also still with us) to over 60 team members serving hundreds of medical groups around the country. This commitment to honesty, quality and relationships keeps our employees and clients growing together.

Leadership Team

Nick Recker: President & CEO. As Path Forward’s founder, Nick continues to serve clients each day. Nick’s production-oriented role assures that the heartbeat of Path Forward continues to be modeled to both employees and clients.

Marshall Taylor: Executive Director. Managing the controlled but rapid growth of a service company is no simple task.  Marshall is the business mind helping guide Path Forward’s growth.

Judd Watkins: Director of Operations. Ownership. Accountability. Consistency. These are just a few of the words Judd uses on a daily basis to guide our 60+ member team. He leads continual efforts to enhance processes and procedures—assuring that our services are always advancing our customers forward.
